Landlord’s Rent Protection
We use FCC Paragon for rent protection insurance.
This is a form of cover that acts as a safeguard should your tenants be unable to pay rent. It helps to ensure that you will receive your rental income should the unexpected occur.

Tenants always have access to report repairs via our tenant portal. We use FixFlo for reporting repairs which is available to tenants 24 hours 7 days a week.
We will keep you informed throughout and have reliable contractors available to attend to the repairs. If you have your own contractors, we are happy to arrange repairs via them.

We use a professional third party company to carry out check out inspections. They are members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks.
These reports are produced and sent to you accordingly.
All Section 21 and Section 8 notices are processed in accordance with the Housing Act 1988.
We prepare and issue these notices on your behalf.
GDPR
SC Property Management Services ensures full compliance with the new requirements of the GDPR effective in May 2018.
Under the Data Protection Act 2018, all organisations that process personal information must be registered with the ICO.
We are a registered company with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) and our registration certificate is attached below.
Property Security Deposit
Deposits held by SC Property Management Services are registered with The Dispute Service.
In the event a dispute arises, we will process the paperwork and deal with the dispute on your behalf.

CMP Scheme protect client’s money (such as rent and deposits) received by the Agent. Membership of a CMP Scheme is a legal requirement from 1st April 2019.

A Redress Scheme allows consumers to escalate a complaint they have against the member of the scheme. It is a legal requirement that all agents must be a part of a Redress Scheme.
